Vodafone keeps on deducting my balance money and adding value added service without my consent. Their service was flawless untill this started. On 29th September 2018, they deducted ₹35, which I had to call their customer service and get refunded. Again on 8th October 2018, they deducted ₹50 !! Too much dissatisfied from their behavior like this. Their customer care tells me that I might have clicked on any link, via which this has happened! I have been using internet on this number for last 6+ years, and I haven’t clicked on any link, and suddenly after all these years in these 2 weeks I keep on clicking on unwanted links?? Do they assume the customers to be fools? Really unhappy.
