Sir/ma’am,
I’ve been using the the sound box service of Paytm since last 1.5yrs. Around 6 months ago I requested/complaint the respective authorities to remove that soundbox.Icalled them many times.But instead of
removing the soundbox they increase the charges while I haven’t used it since last 8-10
months &still Paytm deducted their charges from my Paytm account without my concern.
I complaint to coustomer care services MANY TIMES to remove sound box services & not to deduct my money .But they ignore my complaint.

& 2nd complaint no- 5057525490 on 23 june ,2023@1.15pm
Please help me .
I requested you to ask the paytm to stop this sound box services and to refund money which has deducted without my concern.
