I would like to clarify that I have not applied for any loan or financial services from your platform. Despite this, I have been continuously receiving messages/calls offering loan services from your app, which is causing me significant inconvenience.
I kindly request the following actions:
1. Immediate cessation of all loan-related communication sent to my mobile number.
2. Removal of my contact information from your marketing and communication databases.
3. A formal acknowledgment of this complaint and confirmation that my details have been deleted from your records.
Additionally, I request that you investigate the source of these unsolicited messages and ensure that no unauthorized use of my contact details has occurred.
If these messages and calls continue after this complaint, I will be forced to take further action, including reporting this issue to the relevant authorities, such as the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI), the National Consumer Helpline, or the Cyber Crime Cell.
