Dear Sir,
I hereby place my grievance to your kind notice. Without any written agreement or my direct transaction nor official notification from PAYTM/ELECTRICITY BOARD/YESBANK (as specified in the bank statement) for deduction of Rs.89 on 19.7.2024 and subsequent deduction of Rs.1,263/- on 15.9.2024 to TNEB from my above savings account has been made. I approached the Operations Manager-SBI, Vadavalli Branch and enquired regarding the above said deductions. This lady officer gave a printout of the above deducted amounts of Rs.89+1,263 = Rs.1,352 deducted and just mentioned that she could provide the above detail only and i have to contact other organisations/departments for any other clarification.
I don’t really understand how on a monthly basis such deductions could be made bluntly without agreement and proper intimation as i understand it is unlawful and dont want to continue such transactions. A clear guidance will be highly thankful along with refunds. Kindly acknowledge receipt of this complaint. I dont want any paid services, i never accepted for any payment services.
