I am postpaid customer and I have more than 100 GB carry forward data available in my account, but vodafone team has raised data used beyond limit charges on my ID, I still have 75 GB data for carry forward . Then I requested to reverse charges , but no one is properly working on this and updating me. Customer care said you will get waiver , but I am getting message customer is not eligible, so please check this on priority
