I am a loyal customer to Hutch/ Vodafone and now Idea. I am using your service for 20+ years. Time and again I am unnecessarily charged for unwanted things which I have not requested for. I got a message today night that I have charged Rs 49 for choosing to access BattleQuiz. I have not chosen anything. These 49 rupees should be reversed. I call customer care but the executive was not ready to take the complaint. he insisted to me that there is no proof of being charged and to contact customer care after the bill is generated. This is frustrating and I have got the SMS that I have been charged for no fault of mine.
Every time we reach out to customer care, they talk politely but when requested to transfer the call to higher-ups to escalate, they simply put it on hold forever until we get frustrated waiting and disconnect the call.
They don’t have commonsense at least to provide the customer with the request no or the complaint number when asked for.
