I have a plan of 249/- where as my bill extended to 408, and the charges which has been charged extra is in miscellaneous. I called up the call centre where no senior person or manager are interested to have a conversation with me over phone and as per the telephone operator the charges was taken for downloading Google Play app. As we know google play is auto installed in all android phone. later they switch their words as may be i have downloaded something which took charge. I assured them that nothing has been installed or used unappropriated as i use my mobile most of the time for official purpose and no other persons using it.
Later they simply dictated that nothing can be done with this extra charge now. even the operator told the manager cant speak to you regarding this.
