I want to inform you to a complaint against my tatasky account.
On today (04/02/2019) i have select a channel pack from the tatasky website as per the TRAI Rule. tatasky website mention amount is 319 ( Malayalam Basic HD Pack + NCF ) then i submit the same pack but tatasky website shown me selected pack as per 524rs. and the amount dedected from my account.
so many times i contacted to customer care they told i am selected so many pay channel selected. customer care said channels are i am selected and that channels cannot displayed my tv screen. after i try to change the pack through website and tatasky app. thtas shown error message. the detailed screenshot attached in this mail.
