Respected sir, on 14.05.23 I have an unauthorised debit by NACH of Rs 24,747.06.
I have never authorised any body for NACH or any type of ECS clearing .
I reported on 14th itself to your customer care having ID no 1556300 unauthorised transection s.
I forwarded the complaint to my Branch office also at email I’d sbi.13427@sbi.co.in and reported the same to branch manager personally also.
The copy of debit message is enclosed herewith for necessary action.
Kindly arrange to stop such happening in future and for rebursement of the unauthorised transection amount of Rs 24747.06 at the earliest.
