The issue that I have experienced was: Initially it was a corporate post-paid plan. Which was converted to Pre-paid plan with assurance that Life-time Free Incoming service. But since year 2019, the SIM is made inactive without any concern to me on this breach of contract. The balance amount in my ore-paid connection is not being refunded to me as I do not wish to go with such poor services.
