Text of Complaint by Ankita Paul:

I am writing this to complain about Chitra Enterprise (Whirlpool Customer Service Kolkata). My mother requested for full automatic top loaded washing machine service on 27th June’23 as she was facing some electric wire related issues in the machine. Customer representative came to check on the issue on 28th June’23 and submitted a request for the fragile part replacement with the company (as stated by the representative). He left the machine in a completely unusable state. After that it’s been more than 1.5 month that we have not received any response back from the team. We have already done AMC insurance for better customer support on Sep’22 and basically we did not get any benefit out of it. It seems that the company is waiting for the AMC insurance to be expired so that we can be charged the full amount. This is so disappointing that no customer representative from the mentioned enterprise is ready to assist us. They keep postponing dates whenever my mother is trying to call them to check on the parts availability and they are creating new service requests each time. KOL07082320782 is one such service request. This is very frustrating for an elder person to constantly follow up with team and not getting any response back. I am attaching all required evidence for your reference. I am hoping to get assistance from you.
