On 01/09/2020 I recharged my airtel number with 398 INR,through Yono sbi application. Recharge was successful and amount deducted from my account by no recharge displayed to my number and I contacted airtel customer care team, they told that my recharge wasn’t successful and the amount will revert back to my account. For the above query I tried to contact sbi customer service, but unfortunately no one was answered and after waiting times my call got disconnected automatically. Very disappointing situation, herewith Iam attaching my text message screenshot which I received after deduction of amount from my bank account. Kindly do the needful. Thank you. Pratheesh R Nair.
