This is Ranu Katarha from Jabalpur. I had recharged my phone ( 7509431110) with a Rs399 airtel prepaid pack on 2 July 2020 7:44 pm via phone pe. The transaction was successful but the service provider did not recharge my phone. So i recharged again via phone pe using a different number 8889394655 which was successful. The earlier unsuccessful recharge has not been refunded since 11 days.
