I have never requested any services from Vodafone. But they are simply charging me with no reasons. In the past also I have lost my Vodafone topup balance. Today I got a message stating that I have been charged 25 rupees for Handset Inbuilt Games. I have never requested such services and I don’t want that. Vodafone is simply deducting my balance. Please refund my balance
