This is to inform you that I am a customer of YOU Broadband. Details are as follows

I had registered a grievance through you broadband tele customer care for shifting related issues (having reference id 2020123112345) which has not been solved yet.
I have confirmed the feasibility of my connection shifting by the contact person (8806317346) from your organization before shifting my place and also have done another recharge of Rs 2649.
Sadly after I shifted on 27th December 2020, I have requested him several times to execute the shifting process but getting no positive response. I also contacted his senior Mr. Danesh Deshmukh (6352177234) in person in your organization’s local office several times. But all my efforts seemed futile as I haven’t got any solution till date though paying for a dedicated modem and confirming prior to shifting. Thus I shifted to Hathway Broadband service.
Now I want justice and want my money [unused recharge amount + deposit] back. Please don’t give me the same answer that, recharge amount is not refundable as I had confirmed the feasibility prior to shifting.
I request you to look into this matter with some importance (if customers are important to you which I didn’t feel) and expedite my refund process.
