I’m Dilipkumar and my wife Sridevi both are vodaphone customers. I’m using Callertunes service for years as monthly subscription. I spoke to customer care service and came to know about one year activation. I have been calling customer care for past 10 days for one year subscription of Callertunes. As advised by your customer care agent we have did recharge and had sufficient balance for one year subscription. I’m a vodaphone customer for past 10 years. Me and wife calling customer care for the same issue by wasting our time issue is not resolved . Moreover you ppl have blocked our contact numbers, we were not able to contact customer care. You ppl committed me that complaint taken and amount will be deducted for one year subscription, however amount deducted for one month. Rs 49 deducted, is the way of looting money from people. Do you ppl think customers are fool. I have all the call recordings of call you ppl committed for amount deduction for one year. If my issue not resolved in 24 hrs I will raise the issue consumer form and social media.
