Respected sir, with due respect i want to apprise you from the problems i am facing since last one month regarding unsatisfying services i am getting from your customer representatives. The problems are as below.
Firstly, i am trying to connect with any of your customer care since last one month. I tried almost hours every day because my internet was not working and I wanted to have any solution but all effort gone into vain.
Secondly, sometimes i get connected with customer care representatives but they didn’t speak from their side after holding a long times i drop the call myself.
Thirdly, now as i have complained many times. Your customer representatives are calling me but no one is speaking form their side. I have recoded a video regarding this issue.
I request you kindly look into the matter and do the needful. I am really annoyed from the negative response i am getting from your side.
