I booked membership CHIS Rs 180000 60 nights I was promised I can cancel my membership is unsatisfied after use of thier first stay. Properties offered by them at times of sales showed five star rated properties but on ground figures after membership we came to know they did not have actually tie ups with any of properties promised at booking time. Moreover after covid when I asked them to kindly refund my money they refused saying it’s against policy. I have stucked my Harden money with them for those service which we expected to get but they can not offer us desired service. Consumer must have right to exit services when ever it’s wishes too…
Neither they can offer me 4star 5star property for stay nor want to refund my money inspite keep calling me to pay more for maintaining the service which I don’t want to avail any more…
