Dear Sir/Madam
I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and frustration with the service I have received from your company regarding the repair of my Motorola LED TV.On 19th November [Year], I reported an issue with my LED TV, and a technician, Mr. Naresh Verma, visited my residence. After diagnosing the problem, he informed me that the motherboard was damaged, and the repair cost would be Rs 15,000. I agreed to proceed with the repair and was then asked to make an advance payment of Rs 10,000 to facilitate the ordering of the required part.I promptly credited the said amount to Mr. Naresh Verma’s account on 23rd November 2023. However, since then, I have faced relentless difficulties and a complete lack of communication regarding the status of my repair.Despite numerous calls to your customer care, I have received conflicting information about the whereabouts of the replacement part. Mr. Verma, the technician, initially claimed the part was dispatched, but upon his subsequent visit, he admitted that the wrong part had been delivered and taken my LED remote with him.To add to my frustration, there has been no progress or resolution in the three months since the initial complaint. The constant delays, false information, and lack of accountability have caused significant mental harassment.I have patiently cooperated with your company’s process, but the extended delay and the open state of my LED TV for three months have reached an unacceptable level. I am now compelled to take legal action.This letter serves as a formal notice of my intention to file an FIR against your company and Mr. Naresh Verma for mental harassment, mismanagement, and the advance payment taken without providing the promised service. Additionally, I will be lodging a complaint with the consumer forum to seek redress for the damages incurred, both to the LED TV (worth Rs 45,000) and the mental agony endured during this period.I sincerely hope that your company addresses this matter urgently and rectifies the situation before legal action becomes unavoidable. I have been a loyal customer of Motorola, but the prolonged and unresolved issues have significantly tarnished my perception of your brand.I expect a prompt response to this complaint and a resolution to the matter within a reasonable timeframe.
