I am writing to express my dissatisfaction regarding the unresolved issue associated with my service request (SR) raised on 12th August. Despite multiple calls to your customer care team, the problem remains unresolved.
An engineer visit was scheduled to visit, but it has been rescheduled 6 to 7 times without any proper resolution or visit actually taking place. This repeated rescheduling and lack of follow-up has caused a lot of inconvenience.
I kindly request you to treat this matter with urgency and ensure that the issue is resolved at the earliest with a confirmed and timely engineer visit. Please let me know the updated status of my service request and the next steps.
