on recharge of 569 on my other Vodafone number, my previous number itself got recharged again on which a recharge of 399 was done. However, there is no response from Vodafone for doing a recharge on the number that I had inserted in the app. Unprofessional band non cooperative rude customer service that do not aid in recharge that was intended. The company charges exorbitant price but put no emphasis on correct app payments and customer service. This issue is of vodafone app and yet no responsibility is taken by the company to resolve the grievance. Kindly help
