Text of Complaint by Apurv Taneja:

I placed an order with Myntra (Order ID #1250320 56288324699001) which included “Canary London Men Black Smart Straight Fit Low-Rise Printed Stretchable Jeans” and other items. The jeans were falsely marked as delivered, and I never received them. Despite immediate contact with Myntra’s customer service, the issue remains unresolved. Additionally, other items in the order were cancelled without explanation. Repeated attempts to address this through Myntra’s helpdesk have been met with unsatisfactory and dismissive responses. There’s a lack of effective communication and resolution from Myntra, causing significant inconvenience. I am seeking a re-investigation into this matter, a satisfactory explanation for the non-delivery and cancellation, and appropriate redressal which includes either redelivery of the missing item or a full refund. An OTP system for delivery confirmation was not in place, which could have prevented this situation. This complaint is filed to escalate the issue and seek a prompt resolution.
