Text of Complaint by Aishwarya Shukla:

The ticket was to resolved on 14th August 2021 AT 3:47 P.M , ticket number : SR00001670GZ

It was not resolved instead when called the local authorities , I was threatened and foul language was used against me. I lost a days pay , and multiple interview opportunities which during pandemic time are highly dependent upon internet service. If a realistic timing would have been provided in the ticket , I would have arranged likewise. I feel cheated , threatened and deceived by Jio (Reliance) employees , regarding the status. They uses their power to set the status of the ticket as resolved, customer care outright disconnected my calls.
