Text of Complaint by Shekhar N:

I had applied for One Airtel Plan consisting of 3 postpaid mobile connections, 1 DTH and 1 Broadband connection for monthly rental of INR 1,999.

2 of the postpaid connections were previously Airtel prepaid connections with a recharge done for 1 full year and with 9 months still to go.

After verifying with the Airtel Customer Care Outlet at 100 feet road, Indiranagar that the balance of the prepaid amount will be credited to my One Airtel plan, I had initiated the migration of my connections to One Airtel Plan.

To my surprise, I was not given the credit and also was charged INR 150 per connection for both my connections to be migrated into a One Airtel Plan. Having raised this complaint more than 3 weeks ago and having been assured resolution, I am yet to get a resolution and to my shock my services are suspended now.

I am not sharing connection numbers here and can share if concerned authorities reach out to me.
