I HAVE OPTED FOR A FREE UPGRADATION OFFER OF MY EXISTING HD DTH CONNECTION TO EXTREME DTH CONNECTION VIDE AIRTEL THANKS APPLICATION ON MY REGISTERED MOBILE NUMBER IN THE LAST WEEK OF LAST MONTH, ON 27TH OF OCTOBER A TECHNICIAN VISITED MY HOUSE & INSTALLED THE EXTREME SET TOP BOX AND COLLECTED Rs.1500/- AS REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT(BILL COPY ATTACHED) AND LEFT BACK THE OLD SET TOP BOX ALONG WITH A UNINSTALLED DISH ANTENNA WITH ACCESSORIES, WHICH I TOLD HIM CLEARLY I DO NOT REQUIRE AS IM USING ONLY ONE DTH CONNECTION & I DO NOT REQUIRE THEM, INSPITE OF THIS HE FORCEFULLY LEFT BACK THEM AT MY PLACE.

NOW, SUDDENLY I FOUND THAT THERE ARE TWO CUSTOMER DTH CUSTOMER IDs ON MY AIRTEL App. AND I HAVE LOST CONTROL ON CHANNEL SELECTION VIA AIRTEL App. SINCE, 27TH OCTOBER, I HAVE BEEN CALLING YOUR USELESS CUSTOMER SUPPORT NUMBERS 121 & 1250 WITH NO RESOLUTION AS OF NOW & WITH FULL OF FREE ADVISE & CONSULTATIONS,EVEN ASKING ME TO GO AIRTEL STORES TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM IN THESE PANDEMIC SITUATION.

DO YOU PEOPLE HAVE ANY CONCERN & HUMANITY AT ALL TO MAKE YOUR CUSTOMER UNDERGO SUCH HARDSHIPS, IT IS DISGUSTING TO NOTE YOUR CARELESS & NEGLIGENT ATTITUDE YOU HAVE TOWARDS YOUR CUSTOMER.

MY ISSUES ARE
1. I HAVE TO GET BACK MY UNUSED BALANCE MONEY IN MY PREPAID DTH HD ACOUNT AS ON 27TH OCTOBER 2020.

2. REFUND OF Rs 1500/- WHICH WAS COLLECTED BY YOUR TECHNICIAN BEFORE INSTALLATION OF XTREME SET TOP UP BOX.

3. I SHOULD HAVE THE CONTROL OF CHOOSING MY CHANNELS THROUGH THE AIRTEL APP IMMEDIATELY.

I SHALL WAIT FOR 48HOURS FROM THE TIME I’M SENDING THIS MAIL FOR A FAVOURABLE RESOLUTION OF THESE LONG PENDING ISSUES, FAILING OF OF YOUR RESPONSE, I SHALL FILE A LEGAL SUIT IN THE CONSUMER COURT AND CLAIM A SUITABLE COMPENSATION FOR MY HARDSHIPS FOR ASSOCIATING WITH YOUR COMPANY.
