Text of Complaint by Abdul:

The Realme 43″ TV I purchased from Flipkart had 3 yrs complete protection plan from Jeeves. After 1yr of use, TV got panel issue and hence raised complaint with Jeeves for repairing the TV. The technician visited home and taken TV to their office for repair (on Feb 8th 2022).

Couple of days later Jeeves informed that due to high repair cost, they can’t repair the TV rather they can offer 80% of TV cost as refund. Since my requirement was only to repair the TV, I denied the refund option and asked them to return the TV without repairing (on Feb 26th 2022).

Since then, I didn’t get any proper response on where my TV currently is and why not returning to home – I have called Jeeves customer care (1800 103 4510) several times and even sent several emails to their support (support@jeeves.co.in), still no proper resolution on TV return – every time I am asked to wait for 1 or 2 business days and this is the same I am hearing for the past two weeks without any developments from their end.
