Lately, I have been receiving messages from ola to clear my Ola post paid dues. It shows to clear a payment of ₹661 for a ride, apparently I took on 27th May. But I guarantee that I haven’t taken any such ride on the said date. Even in the application, there is section of ‘your rides’ , no such ride is mentioned there. I have been trying to complain on there portal since a long time but didn’t get any decent reply. Yesterday, which was 17th June, 2022, the last date to clear the dues. I emailed them again and got a reply that the issue wasn’t reported in the normal time frame and it is too late now, etc. This isn’t the first time something like this has happened, I took a sometime in October end, paid by UPI. Amount got deducted from my account but they showed it as unpaid till around May end or June starting, until I raised the issue for the same. I have been a regular customer for cab services but no other application hasn’t given me such a hard time. Please escalate this matter. These people have been doing this since long and I am not the only one who has faced this. Making money out of people’s necessities.
