I am living out side india ,so I was activated Vodafone 10 days international roaming pack along with regular international plan (Rs 149 ), as per the 10 day plan i should get unlimited data for countries i travelled.but after 3rd day my data got stopped working , i sent many emails to Vodaphone and finally 9th day of 10 day pack they resolved the data issue. after the 10 day my number got stopped all international roaming plan (Rs 149) , i have initmated to Vodaphone but no one responded for 3 months ,but i keep getting charged for the plan and late fees, after 3 months their recovery people started calling me with abusive language .
instead of solving the issue they are harassing me to pay the bill.
my questions are > 1) if i am not able to avail the service then for what i have to pay ?
