I am a regular customer of Zomato. I ordered from Zomato today. The order remained undelivered for like an hour after the expected delivery time, the delivery valet was unresponsive for the first half an hour and then when he finally picked up the call, he was unable to reach location, when I tried teaching him how to get location, he refused to cooperate, didn’t know how to use Google Maps, live location anything. It’s not even his fault I think. I don’t understand why Zomato gives order to valets when they have no idea about the area or its landmark. It’s the third time in 2 months and I am a really frustrated customer and an once a loyal customer, who really can’t understand this lack of professionalism on Zomato’s part unlike earlier times.
