- I placed my order on zomato and knowing the distance between restaurant and my address they assigned it to a cycle rider and it was not possible for him to deliver it.After which I received a call from zomato and asked them to place a complimentary order which they denied and when further I asked them to connect me to some senior manager the caller refused it and disconnected the call.Now I cannot place the order because i won’t be allowed to take extra break and will have to stay hungry till 8 in the evening this is pure harassment and unprofessionalism from zomato.
