Ref: Return pick up order for Order I’d: 402-9251666-4077142 & 402-1958689-5017928
I shocked to see this kind attitude from your pick up person and inefficiency from your side to resolve this issue even after 10 days..
Even after your tons of promise as your pickup person can’t cancel, you initiated yourself these return pick up orders after his previous 4 cancellations, but, he cancelled again these pick up orders today; He has cancelled the return pick up for order 402-9251666-4077142 , as reason as “”Return verification failed” today and return pick up for 402-1958689-5017928, as fake reason as “Return Pickup refused by customer and return cancelled” on yesterday 30.06.2022..He didn’t even called me once or visited my doorstep to pick up these return items so far..
This is such pathetic, worst experience ever had with Amazon in my last 8-10 years journey..
Already I have been facing the similar issue, escalated several times to Amazon in my spouse account (er.spmindia@gnail.com), still issue not resolved…I contacted multiple times Amazon already for this account related return pick up issues..each time you are making false promises & stories to hide your inefficiency in this matter…
I want to really understand or want to know, is this a new practice initiated by Amazon.in to cheat or harassing the customers or your Delivery/ pick up person is out of control in Amazon.in.
You are harassing me mentally, and wasting my time, energy & money in this issue and your delivery person already behaved in rude, filthy and unacceptable manner in my home when I am out of home for work..
I request last time, to make arrangements to pick up my return orders which are poor quality, smaller size & different from your product listing page immediately without any further delay.. and to take appropriate disciplinary action on your willful defaulting pick up person, and it should be informed to us.. or else I will go for social media forums, reputed consumer protection organisations & national consumer protection forum to escalate this issue further..
