I have 1.2 ton Ac with 3.5m copper coil. They cancelled my booking without my permission. Then i did rebooking. They have sent personnel earlier than my requested time. When i was in office they called and said your copper coil is not enough need to buy 3m copper which will cost 2700 rs. And bracing 500 rs. They have used my wires still charged for wire too. Totally they took 4000 from me for single installation. Once i reached home then realised extra coil is not required at all. Made complaint, they have sent other professionals he confirmed my complaints are true. Same reported to urban clap. Thereaftet still awaiting their response.
Now due to the bad bracing all ac gases leaked out.
