Text of Complaint by Rachana kohli:

I ordered few products from Ajio. Partial delievery was done on 4th march by their courier partner xpressbess. One product was sheduled to deliver on 6th of march by thier courier partner shadowfax. On 4th of march. Their delivery boy called me. I couldn’t pick up the call. I called back then he said madam mujhe laga appko product nahi lena he isliye appne call nahi pick kiya i told him that it is prepaid order and i want my product than he told kal tak deliver karta hu. In evening my order status was shown deliverd. I contacted ajio told them situation they filed my complain. Though every time they asked me to wait and i was given no solution. After that i tried to contact shadowfax after multiple times i could contact them once. Without asking any details they said ki madam 7 march tak appko appka product mil jayega. But i had not recevied then i tried to contact courier boy he said some stupid and rude logics kisi ko de diya he wo area mera nahi he and after then he did not picked my phone
