Ordered a new phone with an exchange pickup for my old phone. The delivery boy came and said this process will take some time, so he will come after 2 hours. Even after 3 hours he didn’t come and was rejecting all our calls. Had to stay without a phone for one whole day, missing all my important work-related calls and messages because my old phone had been reset for exchange. Strict action should be taken against the delivery person and he should be relieved from his duties.
