I have received a wrong product, i asked for a backlit laptop keypad whereas was send a keypad that has no light. Upon reaching out to their customer care number a utter unprofessional behaviour like dropping call on hearing my voice, not picking my calls but picking when i call from another number etc. In a nutshell, not replacing or initiating return for my product.
