Text of Complaint by Rajesh Pillai:

Dear Sir,

I am writing regarding the new connection we applied for our society office in Kharghar, Navi Mumbai. Jio employees, who approached us for the installation of new connections for flat owners in our building, promised us in writing that they would provide one free connection for our society. Based on this assurance, we allowed Jio to proceed with their installation process, rejecting Airtel.

However, now that Jio has completed their work, we are facing delays and receiving no proper response from the employees involved. We would like to highlight the unprofessional behavior of Mr. Dhananjay Kurkarni (Panvel office) and Mr. Pradeep Singh, who are avoiding our calls and failing to keep their promises.

Furthermore, Mr. Pradeep sarcastically taunted me on a call, stating that since this is a free connection for us, we should not expect a time frame for installation or a timely response. This behavior is irresponsible, unprofessional, and rude from a Jio Area Manager.

While I am prepared to take up this issue on social media to raise awareness, I request that you please address this matter and take appropriate action against the unprofessional behavior of Jio employees.
