Text of Complaint by Rajkiran lonkar:

My stay was so unpleasant in the hotel due to negligence and lack of privacy. I want my refund. Please help me.

My stay in the hotel was from 3 December to 7 December 2020 in goa.

On 6th December, i was suffered from horrible experience.

While i was resting in my room, house keeping boy, enters in the my room by unlocking the lock by master key, when i was present in the room. I never gave any house cleaning instructions to hotel reception or any other person in the hotel.

This is so embracing. I was in the room with my Wife. Later i asked to hotel manager for this incident, and i asked him for clarification. And also i asked him about the Refund amount. He promised me that time, when i checkout from hotel, He is not answering to my calls. also he didn’t gave me any refund yet.
