Today dated:4Jan2024, my father received WhatsApp text from XPRESSBEES verified account that order AWB 14344986532035 of ₹299 will reach soon. Then he received call from delivery agent that he is at the location, thinking it as the order some one ordered from family, my father made the payment, upon opening package it was torn up saree. No place to complain, their website is of no use, no helpline number working, no seller details on the package.
