I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning issue I encountered with a recent delivery.
This morning, to my surprise, I received a delivery containing multiple items that I did not order. Upon checking the order details, I discovered that these products were delivered under a subscription. However, upon reviewing my active subscriptions, I found that none of these items were listed in my subscription list. A screenshot is attached for reference.
Understanding that these items were not part of my subscription, I promptly reached out to your customer support team for assistance. I explained my situation and expressed my concern about not being able to see these items in my subscription list. My primary question was how I could cancel a subscription for items that do not appear in my subscription list in the first place, so requested them to proceed with the return of the products.
Unfortunately, I was informed by the support representative that returning these products is not possible as they belong to the non-returnable category. Despite my attempts to clarify the situation and seek assistance, I was met with a refusal to support with resolving the issue.
I am reaching out to you with a sense of urgency, as I am now left with unordered items that I cannot return and do not wish to keep. I kindly request your immediate intervention to facilitate the return process for these items or provide an alternative solution to rectify this situation.
