We received the goods on delivery from the HONGKONG YUHE – Facebook Shop , which we paid. After a follow-up check, we found that we had not ordered anything from this company. We were delivered an electric screwdriver for 1500,- CZK, but the real value is, according to my estimation, 250,- CZK. We will send the company a pre-claim notice for unordered goods and unjust enrichment. At the same time, we will file a complaint with the Czech Trade Inspection Authority and the European Consumer Centre because the shipment was sent from Hungary to the Czech Republic.
