We had switch to tata binge box from fire stick as it wasn’t working in start of October and their technician took everything back- DTH box, remote, fire stick box, fire stick remote(in working condition).
On 13th Oct we noticed our account being deactivate ( where we were to be received 1 month free subscription) while going through recharge options we noticed Rs. 1999 deducted from our account without any prior information, called their customer care and got the compliment registered.
And on 22nd Oct, received call from their complaint desk, she spoke to technician as the charges levied are of fire stick remote as it wasn’t return, which I informed was already done, she spoke to technician who visited us and then gave a call back stating the charges are bogus and will be refunded in 6 working days.
We have been calling tata play customer care, they sured us we will recieve a call back regarding our complaint however till date we haven’t received any call back nor refunded.
