Hello Sir/Mam,
I have been  using the Vodafone Post Paid connection almost from last 7-8 yrs. With deep regret want to let you know that you have started charging me the late fees even though I paid the bill on time. Why is  late fees applied to my account ?Despite the fact, all payments are made without any delay.Now the late fee is accrued since March 2020.I have always made my payments on time.You can check my Payments history and my records as I have never been a defaulter.Due to business negatively impact by COVID-19 ,i am not in position to make late fee penalties and other additional expenses in this challenging period.
Therefore, request you to reverse  the late fee charged ASAP.
Moreover, in spite of making numerous calls to Customer Service who have promised to resolve this issue but I do not see any action been taken .WHY?
This is really disappointing and harassing of being a customer of such a big reputed telecom company.
This is something UNEXPECTED from VODAFONE
Expecting a resolution on this matter ASAP.
