My airtel mobile number is 9892423438. I had converted my sim from prepaid to postpaid. After following up for 20 days it got converted and as of today my sim is not working. This lethargic behaviour of company is unacceptable. They are harassing me since 20 days. They did my address verification two times by visiting my address and out of which it failed once so they again called me for re verification. They called me from three to four different numbers enquiring about verification. It’s such a waste of time to speak with so many people for same work. I explained everyone separately and even after that my problem isn’t solved. Now the major problem is my number isn’t working though it was working before. I asked them to make sure that I need not visit store more than once but then also I visited twice. And the person at borivali airtel gallery spoke rudely. Even after paying bill and recharging on time this is what airtel provides you. I am being harassed by them since twenty days and even after coordinating with them I didn’t get the results. It’s disappointing
