Hi,
This is regarding shipment 2058820237. The issue is that I received daily texts regarding my shipment will arrive today but at the end of the day, it get cancelled.I do not recieve any call from delivery agent to deliver and being asked to reschedule it again and again for next day. I have to reschedule it again and again just bcz of recklessness of the customer care. I called customer care many times but they are not giving details of the item and told me that it is on the delivery agent and we are sorry give us some time. I gave them 4 days and still they are asking more time. Daily my product get out for delivery and in the evening later on it gets cancelled. I told customer care but they are very careless and putting it on the delivery company. I am really feeling harassed and frustrated. I have already paid for the product and day by day company is making a fool out of me.
Your delivery agent has not even contacted me for once to deliver the package. And still I recieve the texts that delivery was unsuccessful.
This is really bothering to a customer and frustrating too
