Text of Complaint by Abhimanyu:

Swiggy has been constantly making delays for food to the extent that the food is no more edible and then on complaining the compensation or replacement options arent available. The ETA on the platform keeps increasing making the entire facility of an estimated time frame a joke. Previously, where the product was completely smeared on the box and was 120 rs, i was offered 19rs as compensation. An apology is what the platform offers where it expects payment in monetary terms. Today as well, the driver was not answering the call after picking up the food and was driving in the opposite direction. What shouldve reached long back could not arrive in time and eventually had to be cancelled. Again 100rs was offered as compensation for the harassment caused after having a Swiggy One account. The food was reordered around 4:30 when it was ordered by me around 3. A delay of 2-2.5 hours. Strict action is required as now the platform and the team has resorted to harassment every second day.
