Automatically balance is getting deducted for games and videos – Rs7 got deducted on 18th Aug 2022,15 mins back Rs 25 got deducted for Some handset inbuilt games and few additional deductions from previous months which I identified today. This is totally unacceptable, I haven’t subscribed for any such services. When I try to Stop this by messaging STOP to 155223 it says no services are activated. On what basis I’m being charged.
I want 100% refund for such fraudulent refund.

When I called service center they are saying system is down and they can’t help. I don’t want to hear any extra stupid things, simply refund the unnecessarily deducted amount, else I will be forced to change my service provider.
