Text of Complaint by Syed:

My pack data is being falsely deducted. When I tried reaching customer support, I was served with a standard answer, “your phone’s apps are running in the background.” (why am I being fooled as if Iam using the service for the first time?)
Hence, I switched to the 3G mode to save on balance, but instead data got slower than the 2G service also on it.
Iam paying here for 4G service and I am not really happy with Airtel service.
I did not receive the cashback of Rs 20 while this perivious recharge also.
Feeling cheated and it is disappointing.
Kindly do the needful with both the issues mentioned above.
