Hi, I am following vodafone from last 15 days via toll free number, social media, email etc regarding adding unnecessary charges to the bill & regarding the internet issue in my sim but they didn’t have any courtesy to even call the customer & resolve the issue. All the time they are saying we will call you but till the date no call received. Unnecessary paying my postpaid bill which is more than INR 500. I want resolution on it.
