Dear Sir,
I have booked the Hotel room from Oyo in Hiland International Kolkata from June 1 to June 3 with booking ID IRII8500 with amount approx Rs 2100 for two days. After taking the order they revised the fare stating the coupon will not apply. Hence you have to pay approx Rs 400 more. I was not ready toh the room with Rs 2500 so I had cancelled the booking. Now they charged me Rs 2005 as deduction charges. Why would I pay the charges when they themselves raised the fare. Kindly the register the case against the malpractice by Oyo.
