I paid one of my credit card bills from post pe. I paid that bill from own funds after 15 minutes i received message from my bank stating my account is credited 50798 rupees from post pe fo this transaction post pe charged me 1950 rupees as extra.

I didn’t avail this service from post pe they credited amount in my account and charging extra amount.

I called and requested many times to post pe reversal of charges but they didn’t.

Please help on this if not paid charges will it impact on me.
